Using these MO device drivers you can use ATAPI/SCSI MO in DOS
environment.

1. Overview
===========
The MO device drivers (MODISKAP.SYS , MODISK2.SYS) allows you to use
ATAPI/SCSI MO drives in DOS environment.
These supports 512 bytes/sector disks (128, 230 and 540MB capacities).
and 2048 bytes/sector disks (1.3GB and 640MB capacities).

Notes:
(1) Do not use this MO device driver with other device drivers which
    controls ATAPI/SCSI MO drives.

(2) If execute FDISK for a 2kB/sector MO disk, the disk capacity is quarter
    of actual capacity.

(3) Cannot execute the built-in formatting command for DOS (FORMAT COMMAND)
    for MO disks.

(4) Utility program which rewrites the boot sector cannot be used with
    2kB/sector MO disks.

(5) By default, the Smartdrv write cache is OFF for MO drives.
    It can be set on ON.
    When the Smartdrv write cache is ON for MO drives, NEVER attempt to
    write data to a write-protected disk.

(6) Do not register ATAPI/SCSI MO drives to BIOS.

For SCSI MO drives , please remind.
 (a) Use the latest ASPI manager. Contact the manufacturer of your
     SCSI host adapter card for their latest driver.

2. Installation
================
 (1) Insert the install.exe disk in floppy disk drive A:
 (2) Set A:\ as the current drive.
 (3) Type "INSTALL" at the DOS prompt and press the [Enter] key.
 (4) Follow the on-screen instructions.
 (5) When the installation is complete, re-start your computer.

 The installer automatically performs the following:
 (a) Copies "MODISKAP.SYS, MODISKAP.TXT, MODISK2.SYS, MODISK2.TXT,
             FJFDISK.EXE, FJFDISK.TXT, README.TXT"
    to the C:\MODF directory (Default).
 (b) Adds the following line to the last line of C:\CONFIG.SYS.
    DEVICE=C:\MODF\MODISK2.SYS
    DEVICE=C:\MODF\MODISKAP.SYS

Notes:
The above procedure installs both ATAPI and SCSI MO device drivers.
You may disable a part of them as follows.

   If you are using ATAPI MO drives only,
      rem DEVICE=C:\MODF\MODISK2.SYS
      DEVICE=C:\MODF\MODISKAP.SYS

   If you are using SCSI MO drives only,
      DEVICE=C:\MODF\MODISK2.SYS
      rem DEVICE=C:\MODF\MODISKAP.SYS

3. Uninstallation
=================
To uninstall the device driver manually, perform steps (1) - (2) below
by yourself. Then, re-start the computer.

 (1) Deletes "MODISKAP.SYS, MODISKAP.TXT, MODISK2.SYS, MODISK2.TXT,
              FJFDISK.EXE, FJFDISK.TXT, README.TXT"
    from the C:\MODF directory (Default).
 (2) Deletes the following line to the line of C:\CONFIG.SYS.
    DEVICE=C:\MODF\MODISK2.SYS
    DEVICE=C:\MODF\MODISKAP.SYS
